Diffusing oils throughout your day is a great way to get into the zone - whatever that may be. Refreshing and uplifting oils are perfect for adding a bit of energy to your morning whilst more relaxing or sedative oils can be used before bedtime to assist with a deep and restful sleep.

  1. Apply

Many people also like to apply oils topically to the feet, wrists, chest and most other pulse points. Applying certain oils directly to the skin can assist with a variety of ailments, pains and problem areas - as well as emanating a delicious aroma from the skin!

  1. Inhale

 Reset your mind and get the full effect of your gorgeous oils by inhaling them straight from the bottle. There are so many different oils with varying benefits available so pick the one that suits your mood or schedule and inhale as needed throughout the day.
